About Me

With over 20 years of experience in the therapeutic field, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my work as an EMDR practitioner. My background includes psychodynamic psychotherapy and extensive work with complex trauma, particularly with clients living with complex PTSD. I’ve had the privilege of working across various settings, including the NHS, Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARC), and forensic environments.

In addition to my therapeutic work, I specialise in organisational development, behavioural coaching, emotional intelligence, and facilitating training and workshops. I enjoy supporting both individual practitioners and organisations to develop and refine their emotional and professional capabilities.

My Approach to Supervision

As a practitioner, I understand the challenges and complexities of working with trauma and integrating EMDR into various therapeutic modalities. I am passionate about offering a nurturing, reflective space where you can explore your cases, gain new perspectives, and refine your skills.

In our group, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Discuss complex cases in a supportive, confidential environment
  • Receive feedback and guidance tailored to your practice
  • Share challenges and successes with fellow practitioners
  • Reflect on your personal and professional growth
  • Integrate EMDR with other therapeutic modalities and organisational work

Whether you’re newer to EMDR or looking to deepen your practice, this supervision group provides a collaborative, growth-focused environment to help you develop confidence and skill.
